Version 1 - Single house, single user and single site

The basic version of Top Bookings is intended for private owners of a holiday home who would like to get more return from their holiday home, with as few actions as possible. The entire booking process is automated.

The basic version comes with a free well optimized internet site for 1 home. You can access the system from anywhere online. There is 1 user account and 1 administrator account.

The basic version is available from € 39 per month including hosting, management, online help desk and free internet site. One-time start-up costs € 1,250.

The Online Top Bookings basic system for 1 house, 1 user and 1 site is equipped with the following functionalities:

A free website (according to the Top Bookings standard, if we deviate from the standard, then additional work will be charged.) This site is fully optimized for Google. An example of a standard site is https://www.landgoedkeppel.nl. A standard site has the following functionalities:
1. Clear and simple design
2. Your accommodation is presented optimally
3. Google maps, and YouTube movie per accommodation (optionally on or off)
4. Unlimited number of photos per accommodation
5. Online booking possible (can be switched on and off)
6. Online Availability (can be switched on and off)
Fully equipped online booking system that automates the entire booking process for you, and reduces the chance of errors to zero. The system includes the following functionalities:
1. Entry system for your accommodation
  1. Enter and change photos
  2. Prices database
  3. Enter and adjust descriptions
  4. Route directions and reception information
  5. Generate a PDF with all information to sent to potential guests

This version is for a private individual or a professional provider who rents out multiple homes. For example a converted farmhouse with 7 apartments or a specialized provider of holiday homes in a special region.

Version 2 comes with one free site for up to 35 homes, including an extensive search function and online booking. The booking system has one user account and possibly multiple administrator and / or agent / owner accounts.

The multi house version is available from € 75,- per month including hosting, management, online help desk and free internet site. One-time start-up costs € 1.550,-.

The Online Top Bookings system, version 2, for maximum 35 houses, 1 user and 1 site is equipped with the following functionalities:

Version 3 is for the professional user, who owns several houses (such as a bungalow park) or mediates for several houses. The Professional version of Top Bookings is ideal for holiday home providers who enter specific niches with different labels.

The professional version comes with one free site, any additional site for a fee. The booking system has multiple user accounts (4 included), and unlimited administrator and agent accounts.

The professional version is available from € 350,- per month including hosting, management, online help desk and one free internet site. One-time start-up costs from € 2.850,-.
